Choose from nine rooms accommodating two to 40 participants. Settings include traditional conference rooms, casual collaboration rooms, classroom and seminar spaces, and hybrid-ready rooms with integrated audiovisual technology.

Conference Room 080

 

This traditional conference room accommodates up to eight participants around a central table. Integrated audiovisual technology and a camera support presentations and virtual collaboration, while floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light and views of Duncan Street. The room is well suited for team meetings, planning sessions, and small-group discussions.

Conference Room 084

 

Configured as a classroom, this room accommodates up to 20 participants in a flexible learning or training environment. A podium, large whiteboard, integrated audiovisual technology, and an A/V camera support workshops, seminars, instructional sessions, presentations, and multimedia content.

This collaborative lounge offers an informal setting for creative discussions, one-on-one conversations, and small-group collaboration. A couch and café-style high-top table support different types of interaction, while a whiteboard, audiovisual technology, and an A/V camera provide tools for sharing and developing ideas.

Conference Room 129

 

The institute’s largest conference room accommodates up to 40 participants in a boardroom or seminar-style configuration. The space includes a podium, multiple whiteboards, two monitors, a projection screen, and an integrated A/V camera. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light, while electronically controlled shades allow the room to be darkened for presentations or privacy. It is suited for workshops, strategic planning sessions, professional presentations, and larger meetings.
